Translation: My first work experience in Poland was with Alimat Group. As soon as I arrived, they picked me up from the bus station, put me up in a hostel with good conditions and then took me to work. They answer any question, document issues are resolved very quickly, the office staff are very pleasant, and working and living conditions are good. Alimat Group, company president Aleksei Babin – keep it up, there are few companies like yours in Poland.

Translation: They took a responsible approach to finding me a job. They helped with the paperwork and got me out of a difficult situation very quickly. I'm completely happy with the job. Everything the managers say is true, and I'm very, very grateful to the girls who answered all my questions, as it was my first time going to Poland. I work in a restaurant kitchen; the work is active and never boring ;) I recommend them

Frequently asked questions
Do you help foreigners get the right to work and stay in Poland?
Yes. We help you prepare the documents you need to work and stay in Poland legally.
Can I come to work on a biometric passport?
Yes, if the law allows it. Citizens of countries with visa-free travel to Poland — except Colombia, Venezuela and Georgia — can work legally on a valid biometric passport. We prepare the documents that entitle you to work together with the employer, and once you are working we help you apply for a residence card, issued for up to 3 years. Before you travel, we check your situation individually.
Do I need to speak Polish?
No. 95% of our jobs don't require Polish. If a job does, the listing says so.
Is the work legal?
Yes. We only offer legal forms of employment — depending on the position, an employment contract or a contract of mandate.
Do you provide accommodation and transport?
Yes. For most jobs we provide accommodation near the workplace and transport to and from work. Each listing gives the details.
Who will help me once I start working?
Every site has a coordinator you can reach 24/7.
Do you offer seasonal work?
Yes. Some jobs are seasonal, but at all our workplaces you can work all year round and long term. Ask a recruiter what is available now.
Can I work flexible hours?
Some jobs are part-time or offer different shifts. Message us and we'll find the right fit.
How do I apply?
