Responsibility for the result

The client entrusts us with an entire selected process or part of it and defines the expected scope and result. We provide a properly prepared team, our own leaders and the organisation of daily work.

The client's management agrees day-to-day matters with Alimat Group leaders, who assign tasks to the team, supervise their execution and coordinate the whole outsourced area.
