- Cutting poultry: fillets, thighs, drumsticks, quarters
- Operating filleting machines
- Operating meat-cutting machines and keeping cuts precise
- Weighing parts before the next production stage
- Packing and labelling portions to standard
- Other production tasks set by the supervisor
