Duties
- Organising and coordinating the team in the beef packing department
- Overseeing production: quality and output
- Onboarding and training new workers
- Enforcing health, safety and hygiene rules
- Planning work and reporting results with the production manager
- Solving day-to-day issues with work organisation, staff and equipment
Requirements
- Experience as a foreman, shift leader or team leader in the meat or food industry
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Well organised in your own and your team's work
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of production and hygiene rules in a meat plant — a strong advantage
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Willing to work shifts
- Sanitary health certificate, or willing to obtain one
- Russian or Spanish — an advantage
